Cancellation Policy
Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more may be subject to have their appointment services shortened or rescheduled with no refund of your deposit.
We understand that life happens & and plans change which may cause a guest to arrive late, in this instance we will do absolutely everything to help accommodate. However, in some situations it may be appropriate to shorten or reschedule your appointment.
After you have reserved your appointment by paying your holding deposit, should a cancellation be necessary, we require a minimum of 48hrs hours’ notice ahead of your appointment time. Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without enough notice.
If you do not show up to these appointments without 48hrs notice, then the deposit paid is taken as a fee to cover the missed appointment cost.
Rebooking:
Guarantee availability flexibility of your preferred booking time for your next appointment, we recommend that you reserve your next booking before you leave.
